Contract - 12 Months

Hours - 35

Role summary - We are looking for a dedicated Tenancy Management Resettlement Officer to join our clients team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting tenants, managing housing issues, and helping individuals transition into stable, long-term housing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support tenants in maintaining their tenancies and improving their quality of life.


• Assist with resettlement processes, ensuring tenants move into suitable housing.


• Provide advice and support on housing-related issues, including rent payments and housing benefits.


• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards.


• Liaise with external agencies to support tenants with additional needs.


• Keep accurate records of tenant interactions and housing issues.


• Mediate disputes between tenants and landlords to ensure successful tenancy management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in tenancy management or resettlement work.


• Strong knowledge of housing legislation and tenant rights.


• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and prioritize tasks.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of clients.


• Proficiency in record-keeping and report writing.
