  • Developing and implementing strategic maintenance plans.

  • Ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.

  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the fleet.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve fleet performance.

  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.

  • Coordinating with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.

  • A degree in maritime studies, engineering, or a related field.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • A determined and motivated attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
