General Manager

Location: Hanover, MA      

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

My client is a well-established restaurant group with locations across the East Coast! They are on the lookout for a seasoned General Manager to lead their prosperous and dynamic team!

Responsibilities of the General Manager:

• Manage the restaurant’s daily operations
• Ensure each service is carried out successfully and guest satisfaction is prioritised throughout
• Support the recruitment, training and development process
• Ensure all guest queries and issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manor
• Work closely with the kitchen operations to ensure a smooth service for guests
• Be financially astute, manage inventory levels and order supplies as required adhering to budgets

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Driven by creating excellent guest experiences and driving sales through repeat business
• Strong financial acumen, able to read and evaluate P&L statements, COGS, provide accurate forecasting etc.
• Passionate about food and customer service
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
