We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bakery Manager to lead and inspire a team at our clients new shop in Milton Keynes location.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations in a vibrant bakery environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the branch


• Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service


• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Drive sales and meet targets by delivering outstanding customer experiences


• Monitor and improve store performance through KPIs and regular reporting


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail or foodservice management role


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities


• Passion for customer service and hospitality


• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
