Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful Law Firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team.

ROLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

LOCATION: Bury office/Hybrid

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 Annual

Responsibilities:

• Experience with dealing with contentious probate applications.


• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial law matters.


• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and long-term goals.


• Handle your own caseload from start to completion in Commercial Litigation.

About you:

• 5 years PQE in Commercial Litigation law


• Strong communication skills


• Experience in commercial law and litigation.


• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Litigation
