They are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and someone who will drive the business forward with the aim of growing together.

Key responsibilities:

• Understanding of the needs of a new business
• Actively engage in all aspects of the operation, including, food, beverage, events, sports, and staffing, while ensuring daily activities meet required standards.
• Create a happy, memorable experience for customers and staff
• Take full responsibility for managing rota’s and P&L

You will need:

• To be comfortable in being FOH and leading the team from the front
• A good understanding of a social gaming business
• Previous experience in a General Manager position
• Be confident in working alone as well as within a team
• Good communication skills
• A quick thinker with a problem-solving attitude
