Key responsibilities.

• Bring in new business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Observe market trends to identify key factors
• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings
• Negotiate contacts and close deals

Ideal candidate will have:

• An enthusiastic and motivational personality
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment or events industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Great organisational and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple bookings and inquiries at once
• Experience with using a CRM
• Skills in negotiation and closing deals to secure group bookings and corporate partnerships
