As a Senior Valuer, you will identify and secure new valuation opportunities, convert these into new business, and ensure accurate pricing while maximising property exposure.

You will be responsible for:



* Advise on tailored marketing strategies for properties.


* Clarify the fee structure and promptly follow up with marketing proposals and quotations.


* Outline the selling process and suggest improvements for higher returns or enhanced saleability.


* Investigate reasons for lost instructions.


* Stay informed about local property market conditions and competitors.


What we are looking for:



* At least 3 years' experience in estate agency valuations.


* Background in conducting valuations and building business.


* Educated to Higher level or above.


* Knowledge of local property market conditions, economic factors, and advertising mediums.


* Understanding of the conveyancing process and local authority standards.
