Are you an experienced Children's Home Manager?

My client is an established and reputational provider who provide support to children with learning disabilities and EBD to regain their independence.

This is a Senior Registered Manager role is a permanent full-time post paying up to £52,000 plus a welcome bonus of £7.5k

You will be the focal point for the home managing a 3 bed homes, providing guidance to other Registered and Home Managers, and supporting the wider leadership team with Reg 44's and more, line managing staff, installing a high performing culture, and ensuring OFSTED compliance.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience i as a Registered Manager looking for that next step up, positive style with a keen focus on OFSTED compliance.

To be considered as Registered Manager, you must have.

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent


• Previously holding a registration is not essential but willing to hold the registration for this service is.


• OFSTED management experience or supervisory experience


• Strong leadership skills and influential management style
