Non-Executive Director –Finance & Growth

We are excited to be working with a family-owned business who has been making a difference across the UK for over 25 years and are now looking for a Non-Executive Director to join their Directors board.

You will work closely with the Directors, offering insights and advice based on your expertise in finance and business growth.

The individual:

We are specifically looking for individuals with backgrounds in Finance and Business Growth.

Sector is flexible, provided you have experience across multi-site and acquisitions within your field of expertise.

Ideally you will be an experienced NED with a previous board role for a family run business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior role (CFO/NED or Chair) within finance or business growth.
• Experience with multi-sites and acquisitions.
• Proven experience working with family-owned businesses is preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Ability to provide independent, objective advice and challenge constructively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to ethical principles and consistently uphold the highest standards of integrity in all professional interactions and decision-making.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
