Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in upscale restaurants
• Multi-unit or multi-property management experience is preferred
• Expertise in labor and food cost control, with a valid Food Safety certification
• Strong skills in recipe development, plate presentation, purchasing, and inventory control
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial
