What will you be doing?



As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Collating and posting sales invoices, ensuring Assured accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Reviewing payment lists and approving bank payments to ensure effective cash flow management.

  • Conducting weekly cash flow forecasts, monitoring working capital, and reporting to corporate headquarters.

  • Leading project profitability analysis and Focused gross margin justification.

  • Managing and analyzing overhead against the budget to drive Improved financial performance.

  • Reviewing open purchase orders, supplier statements, expenses, and credit card postings to ensure Strong financial controls.

  • Posting payroll and labor timesheet allocations to projects and preparing reconciliations for accruals and prepayments.

  • Overseeing Work in Progress (WIP) entries and ensuring revenue recognized aligns with project completion stages.

  • Collaborating with commercial teams to review WIP balances and ensure financial accuracy.

  • Reconciliation of balance sheets, fixed assets, and inter-company accounts to ensure financial transparency.

  • Supporting the timely submission of management accounts, budget preparations, and VAT returns.

  • Leading audit preparations and working closely with auditors to address queries.


Are you the ideal candidate?



We are looking for a Motivated, Qualified accountant with a Determined focus on delivering results.

The ideal candidate will possess:



  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar finance management role.

  • Technically strong with detailed knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.

  • Commercially astute with the ability to influence financial decisions within the business.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a Creative approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in financial systems with a focus on driving automation and process improvement.

  • Experience in implementing, monitoring, and Improving financial controls.
