Junior Conveyancer

Sacco Mann are working on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious junior conveyancer or assistant conveyancer to join a well-established Sheffield based law firm.

This firm has a strong reputation in the South Yorkshire market who have lots of work coming in.

This is a great role for someone who is looking to build and progress their conveyancing career further!

Joining the Residential Conveyancing department, you will be providing legal advice on a range of residential conveyancing matters and managing your own caseload of purchase files.

Your main duties will consist of raising enquiries, preparing SDLT returns, preparing Transfer and Deed of Requestions, applying for searches, checking titles, and drafting statutory declarations/deeds of variation/rectification/easements.

To be considered for this junior conveyancer role, you will be working in a residential conveyancing team already, and you will be driven to push your career forward and develop further.
