Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator


Reporting to: Senior Production Coordinator/Production Manager




Essential Duties & Responsibilities:




  • Liaise with Estimation dept.

    on the handover of projects for order and production

  • Support customers on technical queries / design of projects and approvals

  • Engage with customers to agree on production timings and delivery dates

  • Prepare projects materials orders and issue to Supply Chain dept.

    for ordering

  • Track material orders in process and manage/prioritise own projects

  • Prepare and issue to Production dept.

    detailed technical drawings and instructions for manufacture

  • Liaise with Production Supervisor on any specific project manufacturing details

  • Keep accurate reporting of projects to track materials and labour usage/ efficiencies

  • Prepare and issue delivery/ dispatch notes for projects

  • Liaise with Accounts dept.

    on invoicing of projects

  • Attend weekly production meetings



Experience & Qualifications:



  • 2-3 years' previous experience in Project coordinator role

  • Strong computer skills - proficient in use of Microsoft Office

  • Minimum of 2 years autocad experience essential

  • Experience using LogiKal software would be a distinct advantage

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise work

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Organised with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
