Residential Conveyancer

Long-standing, family-owned law firm looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Disley office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancer role within a legal practice that has their roots planted firmly within the local community.

Despite this, they have an impressive client base of both local and national reach.

Within this Residential Conveyancer role, you will be working on your own caseload of matters including:

• Transfer of equity


• Sales and purchases


• Declaration of Trust


• Re-mortgages


• Auctions


• Sales and purchases


• Right to Buy

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 1 years' previous experience within a similar role, has excellent client care, communication and time management skills and can work well as part of a team.
