💷 Pay Rate: £25 - £29 per hour

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Manufacturing Support Engineer (MSEs) to join our growing team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing systems and equipment run smoothly, enabling us to achieve operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns and process failures


• Supporting high-speed manufacturing equipment and facilities, maximizing performance


• Leading preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime


• Collaborating closely with production and support teams to ensure targets are met


• Driving continuous improvements and optimising processes


• Providing training and guidance to support teams

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years post-apprenticeship in a high-volume manufacturing environment


• Apprenticeship: Time-served in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (essential)


• Skills: Expertise in PLC-controlled manufacturing platforms, strong engineering principles, and involvement in continuous improvement projects


• Qualifications: ONC/HNC or similar in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
