Account Manager

My client are a fast-growing company based in Oxfordshire.  They specialise in experience-capture video systems that allow people to share incredible moments at adrenaline-leisure locations worldwide.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Account Manager who thrives on daily client interaction, enjoys problem-solving, and works well within a team.

You’ll be the point of contact for customers, ensuring they maximise the value of their product and services.

If you enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with teams to drive success, this role is for you.

As an Account Manager, you will manage and onboard client accounts while building strong relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless, high-quality account management.

There is also potential for growth into a more sales-oriented role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse client accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities and sales progress
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and optimize product usage
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales
  • Monitor the success of existing accounts and provide support through regular check-ins
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM and customer records
  • Flexible working hours, with some evening availability
  • Schedule regular phone or video calls with clients to build strong relationships

Skills & Requirements:


  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with Photoshop or video editing is desirable
  • Knowledge of photo/video technology is an advantage

Requirements:


  • Ability to commute to Oxfordshire or willingness to relocate before starting
  • A-Level or equivalent education (required)
  • 2 years of experience in account management or sales (required)
