CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – CREWE - £24,000 + BENEFITS

We are working with a prestige company who are on the top employers in the Crewe area.

Due to an internal promotion and continuing success, we are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their supportive and friendly team.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR JOB PURPOSE

To represent the company and deal with all incoming queries, questions, enquiries and process orders.

Customers can contact the department via the telephone, live chat and email.

Maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times.

Ensuring every customer is a happy customer.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be able to say YES, to the following:-

-           Are you passionate about providing excellent Customer Service at all times?

-           Do you have experience working in an office/call centre based Customer Service environment?

-           Are you PC literate using Word and Excel?

-           Do you possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written?

-           Do you want to be part of a vibrant Customer Service team?

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide a top-notch customer service experience for all customers
  • Deliver a prompt and efficient service to all enquiries
  • Dealing with queries via the telephone, email and live chat
  • Process orders, returns, payments and refunds
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Resolved order issues
  • Offer solutions for all queries received

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR KEY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office/call centre customer service environment
  • Have a genuine passion and interest in customer services
  • Experience dealing with complaints
  • Be a real “people” person
  • Naturally positive communicator
  • PC Literate using Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise
  • Attentive listening skills
  • Capable, ambitious and professional

  • Salary £24,000 (increasing as you learn and develop)
