Your New Role

Work as a Quantity Surveyor where you have the chance to work on a multitude of varied projects including Infrastructure, Residential and Commercial Projects.



Your role will consist of, but not limited to:

- Pre-Contract negotiation
- Understand CVRs
- Client management and liaison
- Cost Control / variations

Your Experience

You will need to have worked as a Quantity Surveyor for at least ten years, and ideally have experienced the following:

- Working with Tier 1 Contractors
- Experience with NEC / JCT Contracts
- Knowledge of Construction Law
- Previous experience working within Civils / Construction
