Are you a skilled ServiceNow professional with 4 years of hands-on experience? Fluent in both Dutch and English? Our client is searching for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team in the Netherlands.

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in the office.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 4 years of strong ServiceNow experience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Certifications: Preferred but not essential.
  
  Candidates with certifications will have an edge, and further learning opportunities are available.
• Self-Reliance: Able to independently manage client projects from day one.
• Location: Must reside in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to gather and understand their business objectives, translating them into tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Platform Customization: Customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets specific client requirements.
• Project Delivery: Lead the implementation and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Issue Resolution: Provide expert troubleshooting, resolving technical issues as they arise during implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement best practices and improvements to optimize client solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and share your expertise to foster a collaborative learning environment.
