About the Role:
Our client, a highly respected organization known for driving innovation, is seeking a talented ServiceNow Architect.

In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address complex business needs.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate their requirements into technical specifications and lead the successful implementation of various ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions in alignment with business objectives
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, CSM, GRC.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed throughout the design and development process
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow enhancements and recommend platform optimizations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a successful track record of implementations
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, GRC, and HRSD modules
• Deep understanding of integration methodologies and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable
