A leading ServiceNow Partner is currently recruiting for a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join their fast growing team.

Within this role you will collaborate with clients to enhance their IT service management processes, drive digital transformation, and implement tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

You'll play a key role throughout the lifecycle of each project, from initial concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IT Service Management, digital transformation, and process optimisation
• Collaborate with customers to create detailed specifications and solution designs
• Design and architect ServiceNow-based applications to meet client requirements
• Lead the implementation of solutions in collaboration with internal teams
• Manage technical projects, balancing both business and technical needs
• Assist with software installation and go-live support for customers
• Support pre-sales activities by offering technical insights and demonstrations

Experience:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar (FH/ETH)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow consultant and developer
• ServiceNow certifications
• Project management experience
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• A proactive, independent approach with entrepreneurial thinking
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to achieve exceptional results
