• Days of work: Part time or full time available 
• Working hours: 9am to 5pm
• UDA target: negotiable
• UDA rate: negotiable
• PVT Split: 50/50
• Lab split: 50/50
• Established patient list to take over form

This is a mixed 3 surgery practice, fully computerised using R4 and Digital x-rays on site.
