Remote Commercial Litigation Chartered Legal Executive

Our client, a highly reputable law firm based in Leeds, are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Chartered Legal Executive on a fully remote basis, either permanent or as a consultant.

The role would suit a Commercial Litigation Chartered Legal Executive, with upwards of 4 years' experience handling their own varied caseload of commercial litigation matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of commercial litigation matters to include:

• Professional negligence


• Debt recovery


• Contractual disputes


• Building disputes; and


• Misrepresentation

The role would suit a Chartered Legal Executive, who can demonstrate upwards of 4 years' post qualifying experience within either a civil or commercial litigation environment.
