POSITION: Project Co-Ordinator - Construction

SALARY: Negotiable DOE

Responsibilities



  • Assist in the planning and implementation of construction projects

  • Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking of projects

  • Schedule and arrange meetings with stakeholders

  • Communicate project updates to the team and management



Requirements



  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in project management software

  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
