CAD Designer

A large glazing company is currently looking for a CAD Designer in Staffordshire.



Important Details:

• Full-time: Permanent, Monday - Friday


• Salary: £46,000


• Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Lunch 1 Hour)


• Reporting to: Design Manager

Duties:

• Create and detail presentational drawings using AutoCAD Lt for clients, contractors, and architects.


• Amend drawings based on client feedback and provide construction take-offs.


• Systematically solve design queries, integrating products into building structures.


• Manage workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain high detailing standards.


• Attend and lead design meetings, effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of relevant experience.


• Excellent AutoCAD skills


• Knowledge of Sketch-Up and REVIT is a plus.


• Strong general knowledge of construction and structures.


• Must have permission to work in the UK


• Willing to work in the office.
