This job requires managing a caseload of new build property matters from start to finish, including diverse transactions such as sales, purchases, equity transfers, right to buy, and lease extensions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of new build property transactions, including shared ownership schemes and right-to-buy arrangements, with minimal supervision.


• Building professional relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders, and developing connections with other work sources.


• Meeting agreed fee income targets and contributing to the practice's financial goals.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Holds a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or possesses direct experience in managing a new build conveyancing caseload.


• Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.


• Commercially aware, with an understanding of business targets and their impact on the firm.


• Committed to providing high-quality client care and service.


• Proficient in web-based case management systems and general IT.
