Corporate Solicitor

National, full-service law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Birmingham office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on Corporate Solicitor role within a large and award-winning team.

Within this role, you will be providing guidance on matters such as:

• Mergers and acquisitions


• Disposals


• Fundraising


• Private equity


• Equity capital markets


• Due diligence


• Joint ventures


• Shareholder arrangements


• Reorganisations and demergers


• Corporate structures


• Governance

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 1+ PQE within Corporate law, is able to work as part of a close-knit team and is looking to progress their career further.
