MLR are seeking a deeply passionate and inspiring Head Sommelier/ Wine Connoisseur to join one of Irelands most prestigious and exclusive 5

* establishments based in County.

Laois.

As head Sommelier, you will possess the skills, knowledge and experience to curate an exceptional wine program and will work closely with the culinary team to create wine and food pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.

You will use your bright personality and charm to relate and form strong rapport with all hotel guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience and come back time and time again asking for you! You will be conducting Wine and Whiskey tastings for hotel guests in our wine cellar and must be comfortable and engaging when presenting to groups.

WSET Level 3 or similar qualification is desirable but this is not a dealbreaker!

There is accommodation with this role should the ideal candidate wish to relocate.
