Commercial Paralegal

Our client, a leading specialist law firm in the heart of York, are looking to add an experienced Commercial Paralegal to their team.

The firm are happy to consider clients with experience in corporate and commercial, or commercial property work, who are looking for an exciting opportunity with a well-known specialist firm.

Joining the firm, you will be responsible for providing hands on paralegal support to both the corporate, commercial, and commercial property teams.

You will be taking instructions, opening new files, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, drafting legal documentation, applications, and correspondence, undertaking property searches, dealing with post completion work, AML checks, preparing disclosure bundles, and undertaking legal research.

The firm are looking for a paralegal who has at least 2 years' experience within corporate/commercial/commercial property departments.
