Early Years Teacher
We are looking for a Qualified Reception Class Teacher to join a fantastic mainstream Primary School in the Hayes area.
This is full-time position Mon-Friday, following pay scale guidelines.
Previous teaching experience required, with a strong preference for those with experience in early years education.

About the Role: As a Reception Class Teacher, you will:
- As a Reception Class Teacher, you will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- As a Reception Class Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that capture children's imagination, using visual aids, interactive activities, and hands-on learning tools.
- As a Reception Class Teacher, you will guide the children in mastering key skills such as recognizing letters and numbers, developing language, and building early cognitive abilities.
- As a Reception Class Teacher, you will build strong relationships with parents by providing regular updates on their child's progress and offering strategies to foster growth both at school and home.
What We're Looking For:
- Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and able to start immediately.
- Either already hold or be willing to apply for a Child-Only DBS.
- Prior experience working as a Reception or Early Years Teacher in the UK, with a strong understanding of young children's needs.
- In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and experience in delivering early childhood education.
- Able to commute or live within a reasonable distance of the Hayes area
