Commercial Property Solicitor

Multi-service, well established law firm looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Chester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a great opportunity to join a growing and dynamic, employee-owned law firm.

For this role, you will be working within a busy, expanding Commercial Property team to work on a wide range of matters including:

• Freehold/leaseholds


• Sales and purchases


• Development matters


• Land and agricultural matters


• Refinance


• Investment Transactions

As well as this, there is excellent opportunity to gain supervisory experience and to grow your own network further.

For this role, the candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE within Commercial Property law and is wanting to really establish themselves in a reputable law firm for a successful career.
