Sacco Mann have been instructed by a regional practice to look out for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Altrincham offices.

They are meticulous in their approach, make sure everything is dealt with as their client wishes and will keep them updated throughout the legal process, ensuring that they are aware of any developments.

The practice is highly ambitious and looking to grow significantly over the next few years.

The commercial litigation team you would join are passionate about what they do and are tenacious about getting the right results for their clients.

The Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at this firm, your caseload will be split between property and commercial litigation.

The successful candidate should have:

• At least 2 years post qualified experience


• High standards of client care


• Excellent Communication Skills


• Diligent drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail


• A strong sense of teamwork

Experience in dealing with the following actions would be beneficial:

• Landlord and tenant matters


• Possessions and Evictions


• Rent arrears and reviews


• Boundary disputes


• Easements, breaches and creation; and


• Applications to the Land Tribunal or Lease Tribunal

This role is full time and is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to work in a lively and friendly office and grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.
