Established over 100 years ago, our client provides exceptional legal advice to a diverse range of clients throughout the region and have a solid and loyal client base.

Joining the Wills and Probate Department you will be managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Inheritance tax, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

It is essential that you have 3+ years' experience in Probate, with good knowledge of Wills, Estate Administration, and LPA's.

You will be a Chartered Legal Executive or STEP qualified and have experience handling your own caseload of these private client matters.
