Production Supervisor

We have amazing opportunity to join one of our clients that are based in Birkenhead CH41. For the right candidate we can offer a long-term temp to perm contact with an immediate start.

Job Details:

• (£16PH PAYE) OR (£18.05PH UMB)


• Temp to perm


• Monday to Friday


• 8AM - 5PM (3PM finish on a Friday)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.


• Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.


• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency.


• Train new employees on production procedures, food safety practices, and equipment operation.

Skills

• Previous experience in a production supervisory role.


• Excellent communication skills to lead a team effectively.


• Brilliant leadership skills and ability to work on own initiative.


• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
