Specialist Commercial law firm looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Runcorn based office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large law firm whose reach spans nationally.

They are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding team who can take ownership of their responsibilities which will include:

• Running your own mixed caseload of Commercial and Residential Possession matters


• Debt recovery issues


• Providing advice to clients on property related queries


• Drafting and reviewing any relevant legal documentation


• Providing sound legal advice to a diverse client range


• Attending Court hearings

The successful candidate for this Property Litigation Solicitor role will ideally have at least 2+ years PQE, has excellent client care skills, can work well as part of a team and is looking to progress their career further.
