Corporate Solicitor

Top tier, Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their Cradley Heath office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role where you will be working on behalf of a wide range of clients from public companies to multinationals.

Within this role, you will be running your own caseload of:

• Shareholder Agreements


• Due diligence


• Disposal and acquisitions


• Company Restructures


• Joint ventures


• Succession Planning

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Corporate law, is able to work well as a team, has excellent client care and communication skills and is wanting to establish themselves for a long-term career.
