Corporate Solicitor

Award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their prestigious legal team.

Operating as part of a strong, hard-working team, your caseload may consist of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and equity capital markets for a variety of clients which include corporations, businesses, and entrepreneurs, to help them navigate complex legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This legal practice offers their staff a collaborative work environment, a competitive salary for the area and excellent progression and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will ideally have between 1-4 years PQE, has excellent analytical and client care skills, is meticulous in their work, can work well as part of a team and is confident in their own ability.
