Construction Solicitor

Full service and established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Construction Solicitor into their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting Construction Solicitor role for someone who is just starting out in their Construction Solicitor career, within a firm that really knows the value of their employees.

As a Construction Solicitor you will be working across a non-contentious caseload that will include managing relationships and agreements with third parties and advising a variety of clients on all types of construction projects including:

• Commercial


• Retail


• Urban regeneration


• Infrastructure

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1+ PQE within Construction law, is able to work well under pressure, is extremely commercially aware and is ambitious with their career goals.
