Residential Plot Sales Paralegal

We are working with an award-winning boutique firm in Altrincham who are seeking a Paralegal to join their growing Residential Development team, to support on Plot Sales work.

About the role:

• Liaising with estate agents, developers and buyers' lawyers.


• Coordinating with lenders to release plots from security.


• Preparing and managing the sale contract pack.


• Addressing buyer lawyers' enquiries and facilitating client reporting.


• Producing detailed Excel reports for developers.

What they are looking for:

• A polished telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.


• Familiarity with the plot sales process and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.


• Confidence in using Excel and other conveyancing tools.
