Commercial Property Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property solicitor to join an established law firm based in East Yorkshire.

Their Commercial Property team is highly regarded and have a lot of loyal clients that they have worked with them for many years.

They are a small team but have people at both the more experienced and junior levels with paralegal support as well.

The role

• The caseload will consist of broad range of commercial property matters including land acquisitions, development projects, sale and lease agreements and retail, industrial and office development.


• The team acts for a wide variety of clients on both a local and national scale including major industrial and residential property developers and business, agricultural clients and private property investors.


• They require someone who is able to supervise the more junior members of the team.


• This is a succession planning role so there is work to pick up and clients that can be transferred over.

The candidate

• Due to the work on offer and the responsibilities included in the role, the firm is looking for someone who is experienced ideally with at least 6 years PQE.
  
  However this is guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket that possess the correct skills and knowledge are encouraged to apply.


• Management skills and experience as a requirement for this role, together with strong commercial property experience.
