Site Manager

A Site Manager is required for a fit out project in Peterborough.

The project is set to start immediately, and the successful candidate will be required to oversee the installation of Drylining, fit out and M&E systems on-site.

Start Date: Immediate
Duration: until at least March
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £280 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage sub-contractors carrying out Drylining and M&E installation work


• Ensure all site activities are carried out in line with safety standards and site requirements


• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth operations and meet project deadlines


• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building regulations


• Regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure adherence to schedule

Qualifications:

• SMSTS Certification


• CSCS Card


• Valid First Aid Certificate


• Previous experience as a Site Manager, preferably on Drylining and M&E projects


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively
