Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 and Chambers recommended firm who are seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join their growing team.

ROLE: Childcare Solicitor
LOCATION: Hammersmith, West London
SALARY: £40,000 to £50,000 (DOE)
PQE: 3 years'+

The Role of the Childcare Solicitor

• To manage a caseload of Childcare Law matters with focus on public law/publicly funded matters


• Undertake a variety of work including public law, child protection, SGO and adoption matters


• Undertake advocacy where possible to ensure consistency for the clients

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE


• Experience in managing a caseload of publicly funded Childcare Law matters


• Working towards Law Society's Children Law accreditation
