ASSOCIATE DENTIST FOR BIRMINGHAM (B19)

To work 1 day per week, available days are Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays
Hours: 9am- 6pm with 1 hour lunch break

Offering £13.50 per UDA
Private remuneration at 50% and lab bills split 50%
2 surgery site, Kodak R4 software
All candidates must have UK experience
