RF, Optical, Antenna & Power Engineers

Key Skill Areas:



  • Radio Frequency (RF):

    • Pulsed Power, High Voltage, RF, Antenna Design, or Directed Energy experience.

    • Defence or academic background (PhD desirable but not essential).



  • Low Observability (Stealth Design):

    • Experience in low observability, stealth design, or RF modelling (e.g., CST).

    • Antenna design or metamaterials expertise.



  • Lasers:

    • Systems engineering experience, covering requirements, design, testing, and verification.

    • Knowledge of optical design, atmospheric transmission, and high-speed control/image processing approaches.

    • Software development understanding and comfort with fast-paced projects.



  • System Design and Engineering:

    • System design expertise, especially in RF systems and/or antenna design.

    • Knowledge of Pulse Power or High Voltage design.

    • Experience in bidding or technical project management is beneficial for senior roles.





    • Ideal Candidate Profile:



    • Degree qualified in Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics.

    • Passionate about technology and innovation, with a track record of working on cutting-edge projects.

    • Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working from a "blank sheet of paper" to create solutions.
