Commercial Property Solicitor

Well-regarded law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Telford offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a legal practice who can offer their employees a competitive salary for the area, flexible working options and excellent progression opportunities.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on your own varied caseload that will include matters such as:

• Sales and purchases of premises for small to large businesses


• Refinancing


• Auction sales


• Option agreements


• Transfer of management


• Leasehold matters


• Landlord and tenant matters

As well as this, your other day-to-day duties may include liaising with clients and other stakeholders, participating in Business Development initiatives and supporting more junior members of the team.

This is an exciting time to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm as they are currently experiencing expansion due to a busyness in workload.

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property Law, has excellent interpersonal and client care skills, are confident in their own ability and are able to work well within a supportive team.
