Manufacturing Operative

Mego Employment is seeking Manufacturing Operatives for a valued client in Plymouth.

This role offers the chance to join a respected name in the manufacturing sector, working in a steady, well-structured environment with potential for long-term development.

Shift Pattern:

You'll follow a fixed rotating 3-shift schedule (Early, Late, and Night shifts) from Monday to Friday.

This consistent structure allows for predictable routines.

Pay Details:

• Starting at £14.98 per hour, increasing to £15.19 per hour after training.


• Overtime opportunities with enhanced rates for extra earning potential.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, particularly machine-minding.


• Quick learning abilities and attention to detail.


• Confidence in following clear instructions.


• A collaborative mindset and openness to skill development.


• GCSE-level education or equivalent.

This role begins as temporary, but for the right candidates, permanent opportunities are available.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates will need to pass a drug and alcohol test.
