Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of subsea projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.


• Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for existing subsea equipment.


• Coordinate project activities, including cost management, scheduling, and contractor oversight.


• Support the development of in-house subsea intervention capabilities.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.


• Contribute to project close-out reports and lessons learned sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) with at least 4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.


• Familiarity with subsea systems, including XTs, SPS, controls, and umbilicals/flowlines.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


• A hands-on, “DIY” attitude, and a willingness to travel for field work.


• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
