An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded international law firm in Leeds.

When joining this top tier law firm, you will be handling a variety of commercial property matters and you will be working alongside well renowned lawyers with vast experience in this field.

You will gain an exposure to London quality clients, where the relationships are managed locally in Leeds - this is not just north shored work.

As a junior Commercial Property Solicitor (0-4yrs pqe), you will get the opportunity to quickly run some of your own transactions, as well as supporting more experienced colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in high value and complex transactions, including major lettings and capital value transactions for some of the major institutional real estate investors and occupiers.

They have a national and international reputation within Asset Management but this doesn't mean that your work will be limited, there is plenty of variety and depending upon your level of experience you can be involved in development lettings, portfolio deals, high value acquisitions and disposals, There is wider work which you would also be welcome to take on ranging from forward funding, BTR work, sales & leasebacks and corporate support.

The successful candidate will need to be someone who is confident and has great communication skills as client contact is a key part of this role.

Despite the size of the practice, they don't hide their lawyers away in the office, they really encourage their lawyers to get out, see their clients and build long lasting relationships with them.

They also support you in this not only financially but also with various training programmes.

They are looking for someone with a solid grounding within Commercial Property Law, but they will be happy to build further on this and therefore the right attitude and desire to be the best that you can are critical.
