Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager that has a background in Cladding & Façades to join a reputable Façade company in Manchester.

Location: Various sites (3-4 days per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Package: Company Car, 3% Pension Contribution, 21 Days Holiday

Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our projects.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ISO 9001 management, facade remediation, and will oversee a range of quality assurance processes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of ISO 9001 standards across projects.


• Lead facade remediation processes, ensuring quality and compliance.


• Coordinate and monitor quality assurance programs, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.


• Provide expert guidance on Quality Assurance and process improvements.


• Ensure that all projects adhere to health and safety, legal, and quality standards.


• Travel to job locations (3-4 days per week) to conduct on-site assessments and inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the facades industry, particularly in facade remediation.


• Experience working with or interacting with external QP Boards for facade-related approvals.


• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their practical implementation.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Experience managing or overseeing quality assurance teams and processes.


• Ability to travel and work on various sites.
